The DTC124XKAT146 is a part of DTC124 Series, NPN Digital Transistor with Built-in Resistors and Supply Voltage of 50 V and Operating Temperature range of 150 °C, available in a SC-59 Package.
Features :
- Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the device design easy
- Built-in bias resistor enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors
- The bias resistors consist of thin-flim resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects
