The DTD143EKT146 is an NPN Digital Transistor with Built-in Resistors and Transition Frequency of 200 MHz. It has an Operating Temperature range of 150 °C and is available in SC-59 Package.

Features :

  • Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors
  • The bias resistors consist of thin-flim resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects
