The FMA5AT148 is a part of FMA5A Series and is a Complex Built-in Digital Transistor with Transition Frequency of 250 MHz. It has an Operating Temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C and is available in SC-74A package.

- Two DTA123J chips in one package
- Emitter (GND)-common type
- Lead Free/RoHS Compliant
- Ultra-compact complex bipolar transistor, leak absorption type
- Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy
- Built-in-bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors
- The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of completely eliminating parasitic effects
