Diodes introduces its Intellifet series which encompasses a self protected low side MOSFET with monolithic over temperature, over current, over voltage (active clamp) and ESD protected logic level functionality. The intellifet is intended for general purpose switching.
The BSP75N is an N-channel, 60V MOSFET with a nominal load current rating of 1.1 Amps. The device has a max rating of 500 Mohms, and is offered in a Sot-223 package.
