The SY88993AVKG is a Part of SY88993AV Series, 5 V/3.3 V, 3.2 Gbps High Speed Limiting Post Amplifier. Its high and wide bandwidth is ideal for use as a post amplifier in fiber-optic receivers with data rates up to 3.2 Gbps.
It comes in a Package of MSOP-10 and its operting temperature ranges from -40 °C to 85 °C.
