The SY89854UMG is a Part of SY89854U Series, 2.5 V/3.3 V precision, highspeed, fully differential 1:4 LVPECL fanout buffer. It comes in a Package of MLF-16 and its operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to 85 °C.

It is Optimized to provide four identical output copies with less than 20 ps of skew and less than 10 ps(pp) total jitter and can process clock signals as fast as 2 GHz.
