The M24256-BWMN6P is a part of M24256 series I2C Interface Protocol.It has an operating temperature ranging from -40 °C to +85 °C and it comes in SOIC-8 Packaging.

The M24256-Bx devices are I2C-compatible electrically erasable programmable memories (EEPROM). They are organized as 32 Kb x 8 bits.The device can decode the type identifier code (1010) in accordance with the I2C bus definition.
