PIC32MX695F512L-80I/PT is a 32-bit Microcontroller which has 512 KB of Flash Program Memory with 85 I/O's. It's maximum CPU speed is 80 MHz with an operating voltage range of 2.3 V - 3.6 V in a 100-Pin TQFP package. It has an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is lead free.
