The TC634 phototransistor is presently used to manufacture the affected products. An alternate phototransistor ES634 is being added to the aaffected product bill of material. Reason for Change: Optek has tooled and qualified the ES634 to be an alternate to the TC634. The ES634 is ffabricated at a different location and will ensure a continuous supply of this type of phototransistor.

The OPB620 is a NPN silicon phototransistor centered at a wavelength of 890 nm with 24 V 50 mA current Slotted Optical Switch. It is enhenced with a low current roll-off to improve contrast ratio and immunity to background irradiance
