The HIN232IBZ is a dual transmitter and receiver interface circuit, available in 16 pin SOIC package.

This device feature true TTL/CMOS input compatibility, slew-rate-limited output, and 300 Ω power-off source impedance. It offer a wide variety of RS-232 transmitter/receiver combinations to accommodate various applications.
