The ICL3232IVZ is a 1 μA supply current RS-232 transmitter/receiver IC, available in 16 pin TSSOP package.

This device is a 3-driver, 5-receiver devices which provide a complete serial port suitable for laptop or notebook computers. It includes an noninverting always active receivers for “wake-up” capability.
