The Infineon XENSIV™ BGT60CUTR13AIP is a 60GHz CMOS radar sensor designed for ultra-low-power motion detection in smart IoT devices. With on-chip processing and autonomous operation capability, it removes the need for complex external processing, making radar sensing as simple to integrate as traditional PIR or ultrasonic solutions.

With high sensitivity, long detection range, and compact Antennas-in-Package integration, it enables new levels of intelligence in consumer, smart home, and industrial sensing applications.
