Infineon’s StrongIRFET™ 2 power MOSFET in 60 V addresses a broad range of applications from low to high-switching frequency. The MOSFETs offers higher power efficiency for improved overall system performance.

The StrongIRFET™ 2 series features increased current ratings allowing for higher current carrying capability, eliminating the need to parallel multiple devices translating to lower BOM costs and board savings.

The new technology featured by Infineon’s StrongIRFET™ devices offers up to 40 percent RDS(on) improvement and up to 60 percent lower Qg compared to the previous MOSFETs of the same family, translating into higher power efficiency for improved overall system performance.
