KGU Series

The KYOCERA AVX RF product portfolio continues to expand with the introduction of the new KGU Series multilayer ceramic capacitors. Designed for high‑frequency performance, these capacitors deliver tight tolerances, high Q, high self‑resonant frequencies, and ultra‑low equivalent series resistance (ESR) in compact case sizes.

The KGU Series features C0G (NP0) dielectric chip capacitors engineered for ultra‑low ESR, making them ideal for demanding RF and microwave applications in the communications market.

Available in EIA chip sizes from 01005 through 0805, the series incorporates base‑metal electrode (BME) technology and offers exceptional electrical stability across frequency and temperature. KGU Series capacitors are well suited for a wide range of RF circuit functions, including matching, tuning, coupling, and DC blocking.
