Littelfuse High Voltage DC Contactor Relays
DCNLR and DCNHR
Littelfuse offers high current and high voltage DC contactor relays designed for eMobility applications like charging stations, battery power supply, DC power control and more. Explore through these two series to find the one that meets your design needs.
DCNLR:
- 60V DC max contactor relay
- Continuous current rating in Amps: 100, 200
- Reference coil voltages available
The DCNLR is a remote operated contactor featuring a space saving design that can be installed in any orientation, making it perfect for use in battery electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, and more. In addition, this device is IP67 rated for water and dust protection common in harsh environment applications.
Choose from two configurations of the DCNLR Series contactor - one with a continuous current rating of 100A and the other with a rating of 200A. The 200A models come with a coil voltage of 12V, 24V, 48V, or 60V, while the 100A models are available with a coil voltage of 12V, 24V, or 48V.

DCNHR:
- Max 900V DC normally open SPST contactor relays with resin housing
- Continuous current rating in Amps: 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300
- Reference coil voltages available
The DCNHR Series 450V High-Current High-Voltage DC Contactor Relay boasts exceptional durability, thanks to its resin body that resists corrosion in even the harshest automotive environments. This normally open relay (also known as monostable) is available in versions with a pulse width modulation (PWM) coil, which conserves power and keeps the contacts closed.
To ensure optimal safety, the contacts are sealed to prevent any leakage of electrical arc. The relay's high-current capability and permanent magnets work together to quickly extinguish the DC arc by blowing out the magnetic field horizontally.
The DCNHR Series contactor relay is available for 20A to 300A contact switching as well as with and without polarized contacts to suit the polarity of your application.
