Microchip PIC32CM GV Microcontrollers (MCUs)
Compact, efficient, and feature-rich for a wide range of embedded designs
These low-power, 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ microcontrollers by Microchip deliver an ideal balance of performance, power efficiency, and peripheral integration for cost-sensitive applications. Operating at up to 48 MHz, they feature advanced analog capabilities, flexible serial interfaces, a high-channel-count capacitive touch controller, and robust timing functions — all in compact package options.
Designed for low-power operation with SleepWalking peripherals, multiple sleep modes, and a typical active consumption of just 50 µA/MHz, these MCUs are optimized for battery-powered and always-on devices. With operating ranges from -40°C to +125°C and AEC-Q100 qualification, they are also well-suited for automotive and industrial environments.
