Murata features the SCH16T sensor, the only single package 6DoF component with this level of performance and features. The sensor has excellent linearity and offset stability over full temperature and measurement range, allowing centimeter-level accuracy in machine dynamics and position sensing even in harsh environments.

SCH16T sensor family offers more flexibility for advanced customers with design options for redundancy and built-in adjustable dual output channels.

Interface Board: MEMS-EVAL-BOARD

This is the development tool for assessing the performance and the key characteristics of the various MEMS sensors.

It can be operated instantly by connecting to your PC via the USB port. You can begin your navigation at ease, with the user-friendly GUI software provided. Please connect the board carrying the MEMS sensor (chip carrier PCB or external expansion board) to your interface board before using.
