Flexible integrated motor control for low-voltage high-efficiency designs

The STSPIN9P series by STMicroelectronics is a highly flexible motor driver platform designed for low-voltage motor applications up to 500 W, supporting stepper, brushed DC, and brushless DC motors. With integrated low RDS(on) MOSFETs and a wide supply range from 7 V to 75 V, the series significantly reduces external component count while enabling compact, cost-efficient motor control designs.

Pin-to-pin compatible half-bridge and full-bridge configurations allow designers to scale across multiple applications using a single architecture, simplifying development and accelerating time to market.
