Panasonic PhotoMOS® Optically Isolated Solid-State Relays

Panasonic’s patented PhotoMOS® relays are optically isolated MOSFET relays.

Panasonic PhotoMOS® Relays are famous for their superior quality and reliability. With their Small Package Size, Fast-Switching Speed and Low Capacitance, they feature low off-state leakage current and stable on-resistance over the component lifetime. They are available in SSOP, SOP 4-pin, and DIP 6-pin.

The input circuit has an LED which when activated transmits light to a series of photocells that, in turn, charges a pair of MOSFETs on the output circuit.
