This is a declaration letter associated to [Phase 1] ESW490-42 - IXYS Brand Schottky Diode Discrete Alternative Qual Status, Littelfuse will change the MOQ for IXYS Brand Schottky Diode Discrete products aligning to manufacture requirement. Detail affected part number list refer to attached AppendixThere will be no change on product fit, form, function.
SUBJECT: Assembled Device Marking Format Changes and Outer Box/Bag Label Format Changes - Change to the assembled device marking format The change affects the date code and tracking number identification. This change does not affect the form, fit or function of the product. See attached for more details - Change to the box label format: The paper sticker label found on the outer box or bag will see a format change that incorporates the Littelfuse logo along with the IXYS logo. The printed information remains the same (PN, Qty, Lot #, date code, country of origin). The change allows for a improved readability. This change does not affect the form, fit or function of the product. REMARKS: This changes from the original IXYS Corporation marking/labeling format to the new IXYS LLC-USA format is being done to conform to the SAP product management system requirements of our parent company Littelfuse Corporation.
Littelfuse would like to notify the completion of Phase 1 IXYS Brand Schottky Diode Alternative Qualification and would like to supply the latest datasheets for the 21 parts in Phase 1 group. All 21 parts have been fully qualified in accordance with established performance and reliability criteria. The attached pages summarize the qualification results. Full qualification data and/or samples will be available upon request.
This product is currently unavailable for order and Littelfuse has not yet qualifyed an alternative source. A reinstatement will be issued when product becomes available.As Littelfuse already noticed in previous Pre-PCN# ESW490-42, we are ongoing qualifying alternative source to retain our supply chain due to Russia Sanction. And this letter will advise our latest progress and timeline and we appreciate customer could bear the qualification time to allow Littelfuse presenting best quality product as usual.
