The HIN211EIAZ-T is a RS-232 transmitter and receiver interface circuit with 4 drivers and 5 receivers, available in 28 pin SSOP package.

This device feature a low power shutdown mode to conserve energy in battery powered applications and also provides true TTL/CMOS input compatibility, slew rate-limited output, and 300 Ω power-off source impedance.
