The 74AUP1G09GW,125 is a single 2-input AND gate with an open-drain output, Available in surface mount TSSOP-5 package.
This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the damaging backflow current throughthe device when it is powered down.
