The AQS225R2S is a four pole single throw high capacity and low on resistance photomos solid state relay. This device comes in a 16 pin super-miniature SO package. The AQS225R2S can be used in applications requiring 4 form A use, as well as 4 independent channels 1 form A. Typical applications include measuring instruments, test equipment, board tester, medical equipment and multi-point recorder. The AQS225R2S has a low capacitance between output terminals which ensures high response speed.
