Description of Changes The drawings for the listed part numbers have been modified to correct the dimension of 0.71+/-0.08. It is now 0.36+/-0.08. This dimension update is to ensure the drawing accurately reflects the part. Reason for Changes: Document Clarification. Dear Customer, in an effort to continuously improve our product documentation, TE-ICT has updated the EEC-325X4A-EEC-325XB product drawing to clarify dimensions. IMPORTANT: This is documentation clarification only and does not affect part fit, form or function. All product in stock and field are not affected and can be used interchangeably in the field.
General Product Description: EEC Box family, EEC-325X4A, EEC-325X4A-E016, EEC-325X4B, EEC-325X4B-E016, 2349851 Part change Major Rev Description of Changes The Industrial and Commercial Transpiration business unit of TE Connectivity is making a change to the internal flow ribs to boom inside surface to the part numbers listed below. This PCN is an update to the existing E-20-012817. The customer drawing will also be updated with additional information including a max allowable warp spec for the sealing surface and details about the flow rib spacing. These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market product. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will not occur without request. If PPAP requested, disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved. Product drawings are affected.Reason for Changes: Manufacturing / Process Requirements. Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this change. The change is necessary to improve the product allowing for additional space on the bottom side of customers PCBs. The changes do not impact performance. IMPORTANT: The current and previous revisions of these parts can be used interchangeably in the field. The changes are being phased in gradually and previous revision can remain stocked unless use.
