The MIC708MY is an inexpensive mircoprocessor supervisory circuit with a nominal threshold voltage of 4.4V. Available in surface mount SOIC-8 package.
This device include a watchdog timer, microprocessor reset, backup battery switchover, power failure warning and a debounced manual reset input.
