Description of Change:Kingston’s eMMC and eMCP devices based on Samsung 14nm 128Gb MLC NAND Flash have reached End of Life (EOL). This is due to the discontinuation of the 14nm 128Gb flash die at the Samsung foundry, which means future support for devices using this die will no longer be available. To ensure continued support and improved availability, Kingston offers eMMC replacement devices based on Kioxia 512Gb BiCS5 TLC NAND die.*Please note that the replacement devices will include changes to both the eMMC controller and theNAND flash die. Specific EOL parts and their recommended replacements.Notes(1) All LTB orders are NCNR.(2) An increase in demand may cause the LTB date to be pulled in.
