Description of ChangesA current approved supplier of Conductor & Braider Wire is closing their plant. Alternative approved suppliers will be providing the Conductor & Braider Wire used for the affected products.Reason for Changes:Part status change.An approved Supplier of Braider Wire and Conductor Wire to the TE Swindon facility in the UK, has given very short notice that their Plant supplying the majority of these products, is closing in October 2024. Some parts will be transferred to their new facility and for the remaining parts TE are currently undertaking commercial, technical, quality and compliance discussions with alternative sources, all of which are already approved Suppliers to the TE Swindon facility. TE will receive first supply of production product from 28th October 2024 onwards, all accompanied by full AS9102 FAIR documentation for TE s review and approval. There will be no change to the specification of the Braider or Conductor Wire supplied from any alternative approved Suppliers or to the finished product from TE.
