Reason for Changes: On November 10th, TE Japan received formal notice from our business partner, MBC Corporation, regarding the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings. As we will change manufacturing location, we will make every contribute to launch production and ship products as soon as possible. Description of Changes: This product change notification (PCN) is to inform you about a change in delivery unit & minimum order quantity (MOQ) impacting PNs listed below in this PCN. Change was already communicated via P-23-024531 but new PCN informs about postponed activation date: As of February 20, 2024 we will increase the delivery unit & the min. order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. No PPAP will be submitted for this PCN. It is kindly requested to adjust order quantities before the activation on February 20, 2024 to avoid blocked orders.Reason for Changes: New specification.
