Description of Changes: This product change notification (PCN) is to inform you about a change in delivery unit & minimum order quantity (MOQ) impacting PNs listed below in this PCN. As of February 20, 2024 we will increase the delivery unit & the minimum order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. No PPAP will be submitted for this PCN. It is kindly requested to adjust order quantities before the activation on February 20, 2024 to avoid blocked orders in case adjustments have not taken place in time.Reason for Changes: New specification. This PCN affects customers purchasing from TE Japan product. Dear Customer, we hereby inform you about a transfer of tools and/or processes. The transfer follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality, ability to supply and form-fit-function of the concerned products. The new manufacturing location operates under a certified quality management system in accordance with standard automotive requirements. A TE-internal release test based on the relevant part specifications will be executed before delivery. Upon request, a PPAP Level 2 will be available if it concerns a transfer of a tool which produces a finished TE-product.
