Microchip | MIC5283YML-TR

The MIC5283YML TR is a high-performance linear regulator with a wide operatinf voltage range of 120 V DC and output current of 150 mA. Available in surface mount MLF-8 package.

This device offers ±3% initial accuracy, extremely high-power supply rejection ratio (75dB at 10kHz) and an ultra-low quiescent current of 8µA and is optimized for high-voltage line transients, making it ideal for harsh environment applications.
