Microchip | PIC10F320-I/P

The PIC10F320-I/P is a 64 B RAM and 448 B flash 8-bit microcontroller, available in through hole PDIP-8 package.

These new PIC10F32X variants are based on the standard mid-range architecture and provide interrupts, deeper hardware stack, PWM, emulated data EE, increased 16MHz internal oscillator, lower power, and 3 8-bit ADCs, as well as a few new integrated peripherals.
