The IRS2110STRPBF is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with an offset voltage of 500V, available in surface mount SOIC-16 package.

This device uses proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies to enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration which operates up to 500 V.
