The Carclo Side Emitting lens is designed to direct light sideways creating a narrow beam of light that covers 360 degrees around the LED. This lens is ideally suited for a wide range of applications such as beacons and runway lighting. They can also be used for are back-lighting where they are used to couple light into standard 10mm thick PMMA or Polycarbonate sheets.

This lens can be used with our 10mm square series of pre-mounted LEDs. The LED base will fit between the two alignment pegs. You will need to provide alignment holes in the surface that the 10mm LED is mounted to to ensure that the lens is properly positioned over the LED.

The lens is manufactured from lens quality polycarbonate, is UL rated and offers a temperature resistance up to 125C.
