The AC164322 is a MPLAB PM3 socket module allows programming of 16 or 28 pin SOIC PIC or dsPIC devices.

The MPLAB PM3 Device Programmer is a full-featured, production quality universal device programmer. Using interchangeable socket modules, the MPLAB PM3 supports virtually all programmable devices from Microchip. MPLAB PM3 has improved programming time for many devices and offers a built-in interface for robust In-Circuit Serial Programming (ICSP).
