As a result of through analysis of demand picture, matching our customer needs, we are going to optimize value stream of PNs in scope of this PCN. Description of Changes:This Product Change Notification (PCN) is to inform about subcomponent capacity enhancement for listed PNs (according to VDA Trigger Matrix No.13 and AIAG section 3.1, item 2 and 5), in an additional production location – TE Evora (according VDA Trigger matrix No. 29 and AIAG section 3.1, item 4). The change has no impact to form-fit-function.Reason for Changes:As a result of a thorough analysis of demand picture, matching our customer needs, we are going to optimize value stream of PNs in scope of this PCN. This capacity extension will support the need of our customers for shorter lead-times and optimized value streams.
Description of ChangesThis Product Change Notification (PCN) is to inform about HCR core notching improvement (from manual to automatic press) used to manufacture below listed PNs according to VDA Trigger No. 19. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. Internal release process is ensured by TE. Validation will be initiated and completed according to project plan, as soon as samples are available. Traceability of change is ensured by TE. This is an informational PCN and no formal PPAP will be submitted. Please provide your statement to this PCN within 2 weeks after receiving of it.Reason for Changes:Product improvement.As a result of a thorough analysis of demand picture matching our customer needs we are going to optimize production for affected PN/s.
