HD-20 Front Metal Shell Right Angle Posted Connector Series are available in 9, 15, 25, 37 and 50 positions with shell size ranging from 1 through 5 in both plug and receptacle versions.   The HD-20 Front Metal-Shell connector line also features flame retardant thermoplastic housing material as well as the option to have standard mounting holes or 4-40 threaded inserts or fixed female screwlocks. This series is low cost as well as being intermateable with any size 20 or 22 subminiature D connectors that are dimensionally complying with MIL-C-24308.  The HD-20 series of connectors are preloaded with size 20 DF posted contacts, which are based on .040 inches [1.02 cm] pin diameters with contact centerlines of .109 x .112 inches [2.77 x 2.85 cm]. This size is the most common variety.

5747832-6 is an Amplimite HD-20 Series Board Mount Plug with 9 (pin/male contact) positions housed in a size 1 front metal tin plated shell with fixed female screwlocks.
