Since its founding in 1950, Nichicon has constantly been involved in the development, production, and sales of capacitors, circuit products, and other kinds of electronic components that are essential for many types of electronics.

The UVR series is a general purpose radial leaded aluminum eletrolytic capacitor. It is reduced in size and economically priced. Most sizes are available in standard bulk packaging, but are also available in tape and ammo.

This series voltage ranges from 6.3 to 450 VDC and capacitance ranges from 0.1 to 33,000 microfarads (uf). The tolerance is +/- 20% at 120 Hz, 20’C. The temperature ranges from -40 to +85’C, which allows it to be used in many applications.

The UVR2A100MED is a 100 V 10 uf radial leaded capacitor, with a case size of 6.3 x 11 mm and lead spacing of 2.5 mm. It has an operating temperature of 85’C and tolerance of +/-20 %. The UVR2A100MED comes in bulk packaging.
