Renesas | CA3240EZ

The CA3240EZ is a 4.5 MHz, BiMOS operational amplifier with MOSFET input/bipolar output. It is available in 8 pin PDIP package.

This device features gate-protected MOSFET (PMOS) input transistor which provides high input impedance and a wide common-mode input voltage range (typically to 0.5V below the negative supply rail). The bipolar output transistors allow a wide output voltage swing and provide a high output current capability.
