Microchip | MIC94091YC6-TR

The MIC94091YC6 TR is a high-side load switch for consumer application, available in surface mount SC-70-6 package.

This device includes a 250 O auto discharge load circuit that is switched on when the load switch is disabled. An active pull-down on the enable input keeps this device in a default OFF state until the enable pin is pulled above 1.25 V.
