Fonctionnalités et applications
The MCP1703 series of CMOS, low dropout voltage regulator with 250 mA maximum output. MCP1703 works with input voltage of up to 16 V and in combination with its low current consumption of 2 µA is an ideal solution for applications using multi-cell, 9 V alkaline or one- or two- and three- cell lithium-ion batteries. It is available in space efficient SOT23a and SOT89 packages.
The MCP1703 is capable of delivering 250 mA with only 625 mV (typical) of input to output voltage differential (VOUT = 2.8 V). The output voltage tolerance of the MCP1703 is typically ±0.4% at +25°C and ±3% maximum over the operating junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Line regulation is ±0.1% typical at +25°C
