The SPX1117M3-L-3-3/TR is a part of SPX1117 Series 3.3 V low powerpositive-voltage regulator designed to satisfy moderate power requirements witha cost effective, small footprint solution

The SPX1117 features very low quiescent current and a low dropout voltage of1.1 V at a full load. As output current decreases, quiescent current flows intothe load, increasing efficiency. SPX1117 is available in adjustable or fixed1.5V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V,2.5 V, 2.85 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V and 5 V output voltages
