The BD9322EFJ-E2 is a simple step-down switching regulator with integrated compensation which integrate a low resistance high side N-Channel MOSFET. Available in a HTSOP-J8 package.

- Selectable 0.1 Ω/ 0.15 Ω internal MOSFET switch
- Low ESR output ceramic capacitors are available
- Low standby current during shutdown mode

- Feedback voltage: 0.9 V ± 1.5 % accuracy
