Features & Applications
It’s an ultra-small, low cost, very high efficiency (up to 98%) buck-boost switching regulator with adaptive PFM architecture for low power consumer applications. The ISL9120 has automatic and forced bypass functionality for efficiency enhancement during standby mode. The product is designed to function as the power supply to system or to power system peripheral devices in portable battery powered consumer products. With the large input voltage range of 1.8V – 5.5V, it is optimized for any Li-ion or Li-polymer battery applications but its low voltage input capability makes it ideal for other battery operated systems. This is a high efficiency low cost buck-boost product for portable and wearable products.
