Microchip | MCP1253-ADJI/MS

The MCP1253-ADJI/MS is a inductorless, positive-regulated charge pump DC/DC converter with a regulated fixed (3.3 V or 5.0 V) or adjustable output voltage, available in a 5 mm x 6 mm MLF package.

The devices allow the input voltage to be lower or higher than the output voltage, by automatically switching between buck/boost operation.
