The MIC23250-AAYMT TR is a 400 mA dual output current, high efficiency synchronous buck regulator with HyperLight Load mode. Available in a tiny 2 mm x 2 mm thin MLF package.

This device provides all the advantages of standard light load modes, such as low quiescent current and high efficiency but also allows the use of very small output capacitors to maintain low output ripple voltage throughout the entire load range.
