The TC7660EPA is a part of TC7660 Series Switching Regulator.It can sustain a standard temperature ranging from -45 to +85°C. It comes in 8 pin PDIP package.
The TC7660 is a pin-compatible replacement for the Industry standard TC7660 charge pump voltage converter. It converts a +1.5 V to +10 V input to a corresponding – 1.5 V to -10 V output using only two low-cost capacitors,eliminating inductors and their associated cost,size and EMI.
