The 1N5363BG is a lead free zener diode that is designed to provide voltage regulation with minimum working voltage of 28.5 V and a maximum of 31.5 V. The 1N5363BG also provides a max. steady state power dissipation of 5 W with tight limits and better operating characteristics that reflect the superior capabilities of silicon-oxide passivated junctions. All this in an axial lead, transfer-molded plastic package that offers protection in all common environmental conditions.
