Description of Change: In order to increase capacity to support business growth on select parts, Vishay is approving a new fabrication facility, Tower Semiconductor San Antonio (TSSA) located in San Antonio, TX ("_JE3" suffix). TSSA has been a subcontracting partner of Vishay Siliconix since 1995, manufacturing Vishay’s commercial power MOSFETs. Founded in 1993, TSSA (formerly TowerJazz) is a worldwide supplier for wafer manufacturing foundry services. TSSA’s fabrication facility in San Antonio, TX has achieved ISO-9001,ISO41001, and TS16949 certifications, Vishay Siliconix has been manufacturing commercial power MOSFETs using the 300M celltechnology at this location since 2017.In addition, we will also offer a version with assembly and test at our facility in Kaohsiung also utilizing the wafers from TSSA fab ("_JB3"suffix) in Q2 2024.Note: This is revision 1 of original PCN to correct part number in title.Reason for Change: Capacity expansion
