The MC14029BDR2G is a Binary/Decade up/down counter which is constructed with MOS P−channel and N−channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. Available in a SOIC-16 package.

This complementary MOS counter finds primary use in up/down and difference counting and frequency synthesizer applications where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity is desired.
