The FODM124R2 is a Single Channel 80 V 3750 Vrms Transistor Output Optocouplers. It consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a phototransistor in a compact 4-pin min-flat package. The FODM2705 series consists of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes connected in inverse parallel for AC operation
